My library is largely young adult literature, mainly because I've been reading young adult for years longer than I have been reading adult fiction. The works of John Green and the latter Harry Potter novels acted as a sort of stepping stone towards Dave Eggers and Michael Chabon. I still thoroughly enjoy both young adult novels and children's books. I have young cousins, so just through buying books for a four-year-old I keep in contact with the world of children's books, with my picture book collection growing by the day.

I'm sixteen years old, and I already have more books than I know what to do with. I've been a reader since a very young age, and you could often see me staggering out of our small-town library with novels piled high in my arms as my mother led me to the car. Reading has been an enormous part of my life for as long as I can remember, and has always topped my list of hobbies.
