You might just be wondering who Perry Owler is. Perry Owler is my pen name chosen because I love owls and Perry is my married surname.

Upon taking a leap of faith to finally pursue a dream of mine, I knew that writing under my given name would not enlist excitement. With the help from my hubby, I brainstormed over what pen name would fit me, then one night, he suggested the name Perry Owler and, well here I am.

I began sharing my high school sweetheart's last name in October 2000, however, we have been together since June 1995. He happens to also be my best friend but most importantly, he is my soulmate (we have known each other since our middle school days). My hubby is my number one supporter and my rock; to be honest, I do not know what I would do without him by my side pushing me to be the best me I can be. Together we have a wonderful son, two fur baby puppy girls, along with numerous wildlife critters that venture into our backyard.

By day, I am an Administrative Secretary (as that is what helps in paying our bills), and by night, I am a self-published author giving a long-lived dream a try. I absolutely love to read, and when not working the day job, you can find me either sitting on our couch, in my hammock chair in our backyard, or at the campgrounds under our RV's awning either reading from my Kindle or working on the latest of Sahara's World.
