Decided to catalog my how-to books (primarily sewing, quilting, home decorating, knitting...) because I have recently expanded my collection due to my new hobby of machine quilting. Want to analyze what's actually useful and what is outdated and needs to be weeded. Always looking for suggestions and new titles for useful machine quilting books.

Fifty-something female who enjoys art, crafts, and how-to books on these subjects. Recently have taken up machine quilting on a frame - learning the techniques of this method is challenging! Hold both Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Education in Library Media degrees and have worked professionally in both fields. Have more ideas for projects than I will ever get to in this lifetime !
