I currently work at a library in my hometown. I've been there for almost 3 years. I recently graduated with an English degree. With my experiences working at a library and my knowledge of literature, I find that books are essential to my happiness and peace of mind, but I use them for educational purposes as well. I read a little bit of everything. I don't have a particular genre that interests me most. However, I do enjoy books that are revelant to my life. As an English major, I was forced to read many canonical works. I do not favor the "classic" genre, but I do believe it sets a foundation for the contemporary fiction that is popular today.
