La mia biblioteca: I have been keeping my reading record note cards for twenty years. I use them when I provide booktalks to youth and other educators. The LibraryThing is an experiment for me!
Informazione su di me: I am an author, educator, and advocate. I have two published children's books and one professional book for teacher-librarians and classroom teachers to my credits. I teach children's and YA lit at the University of Arizona and am returning to full-time work as a junior high/high school librarian in August 2008. I'm an advocate for high-quality school libraries centered on classroom-library collaboration for instruction, the integration of authentic children’s literature and technology tools into the classroom curriculum, and family literacy.
