A bit of everything. These days my favorite genre is picture books. I began reading them last year when I started taking my granddaughter to the library. I was sitting in the children's section when I noticed all these African American biography and history books, books not available when I growing in the sixties and seventies.

I've learned some about children's writers and illustrators. There is so much talent in this genre. Picture Books have opened up a new world to me because there's so much knowledge in these books I never knew. I'm also enjoying the middle grade genre and adult genres. Just having a good time reading these days.

So blessed to have the freedom to pick up a book, and read it without fear. You probably know it, but I just have to say it: Libraries Rock!

I love reading. Love, love, love! Books, Reading, and Telling Stories are like water to me. I would die with out them (O.k. too much drama.), but my life would definitely be dehydrated, sad, and broken down without them.
