These lectures are an introduction to the Psalms, leading us not only to appreciate them in a literary way but also to pray them.
The Pueblo people are part of an American Indian tribe that dates back at least 1,500 years. Originally they were located in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Texas and northern New Mexico. This books includes how The Pueblos traditionally lived all the way to their culture and daily lives in the present. This was a good book with many important facts and details to be learned. Not that this a downfall but this book is only for educational purposes. There are no aspects in the book that are visually entertaining to the reader. If someone needs to learn about the Pueblos, this book will definitely serve its purpose.… (altro)
This book has lots of good illustrations of what life in the artic has been like for Eskimos--how they built igloos, what they ate, games they played, and even the houses they use in the summer.
