I liked this book. I found it to be a charming read. I liked that Kira was willing to give Franklin a chance; despite their families not liking each other. Almost kind of like a Romero and Juliet type of story. When it came to the sparks of chemistry between Kira and Franklin, I could feel them. Yet, the romance was a slow building one. Which in their case, I don't blame them, and it was more believable that it was not an "instalove".

While I did like this book, I do have to admit that my attention span kind of went in waves. In the beginning, I was into this story, and it did stay that way for about a third of the way into the story. Then for some reason my interest kind of waivered a bit and I found myself a few times have to reread sections. Yet, it did pick up again toward the end. Secrets from the Heart is a sweet read.… (altro)

This book provided a refreshing perspective on all this habit building stuff and tried to give you tangible things to try for each type of habit you’re trying to build/break. Not earth-shattering epiphanies in here, but worth a read for a different look at the same problem. It could have been reduced down by 1/3 since it was so repetitive or I would have given it a higher rating.

"In Name Only" by Sean D. Young

My Speculation:

I enjoyed this romantic story "In Name Only," where the author brings out what can happen when a fake marriage becomes real as it was for Adam and Cassaundra. Will there plan work? Will they be able to convince the public that they are a happy couple? With Cassie having had problems with her ex-husband, now it looks like someone is trying to destroy her financially. What was up with that?

I found the characters well developed, helping give the read one that could be related to in so many ways. Be ready for a 'magical love, spicy, sexy with some intimate scenes' that will keep your attention till the end to see how everything will turn out. Will these two get to there HEA? To get all of the answers, you will have to pick up this fantastic read to find out.

What romance should be. An abundance of heart presented with a large quantity of love. I've read three books from Ms. Young's, McClendon series and find myself more hooked with each character I meet. Jennifer and Simeon merge old Hollywood classic romance with a steamy helping of modern day sex appeal wrapped up with a nice precious bow.
