Das hat mir richtig gut gefallen! Ausführlich erklärt und ordentlich bebildert, unterteilt erst nach Schwierigkeit und im zweiten Teil nach Sportart. Gut für Anfänger geeignet, doch auch Sportler mit Erfahrung haben noch etwas von diesem Buch.
