Review to come as part of blog tour!
****************

So...I'm kinda dumb at times and don't pay attention to the details such as THIS IS BOOK ONE OF A SERIES. So, when I 'm rocking along enjoying my read and come to a cliffhanger ending, I shrieked. I admit it. I moaned. I put my head down on my knees and muttered to myself. I mean...I knew this book was going to be good within the first few pages. How? Easy.

"Now, if I ever hear of you treating a girl like this again, I’ll find you and hurt you so bad, tonight will seem like a walk in the park. Men like you in positions of authority should keep their little peckers in their pants."

Just like that. See? Now you want to read it, too, don't you? *smirks at you* Yeah, Indy is 1)awesomely named character (yes her name is Indiana as a human) and 2)total kick ass girl. The narration switches point of view between Indy and Nate and it is interesting to watch the same events unfold from different perspectives. The story unfolds bit by bit, but I'm afraid that there just wasn't enough information to satisfy me. Once I reached the end and realized this was BOOK ONE, then I understood that it's a groundwork laying book, introducing the characters for future books. This was a very well told story with faceted characters that make you want to scratch and poke at them to find out more of what made them the way they are. There is already a love triangle brewing between Nate - Indy - Connor. There's a story about Indy's "brother", a fellow fallen angel searching for his love and I'd love to read that, too. This book was well-paced and very enjoyable to read. I cannot wait to read more in the series!

I loved this book. I couldn't put it down and was able to read it in less than a day. This book had a bit of everything in it romance, action, suspense, and even some humor.

Indy, short for Indiana, is a fallen angel trapped in the body of a 17 year old girl. This is her punishment for allowing a demon to trick her into falling in love with him. She lives and goes to school in a small town. During the day she goes to class and hangs out with her friends, some of who she is very close to, and then in the evenings she goes out and punishes men that hurt women. Everything is going fine until a handsome new boy named Nate shows up in town.

Nate is a demon slayer who has come to town to kill Indy. He believes she's a demon because that's what his boss told him. Only problem is that he's unsure of what is true and he's confused about how she makes him feel. Leaving him no choice but to discover what she really is before he has to kill her.

This story drew me in from the beginning. Aria brought all the characters to life for me. They were so realistic and believable. The chemistry that she hinted at and began to show between Indy and Nate is awesome. I love the way they interact. I hope that in the second book she builds on that some more.

Thank you Aria Williams for the great read. I truly enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait for the second book to come out in the series. Keep up the awesome job.
