The second book in the "Canadians" series saga continues to center around the life of Stephen Nowell - kidnapped by the Iroquois, raised by Jesuits, and sworn to revenge against the French who deprived him of his true family and inheritance. Action-packed and engaging read. Highly recommended.

A well-written historical fiction saga that follows the life of Stephen Nowell, originally from Boston but kidnapped by the Iroquois and raised by Jesuits in early Quebec. Great character development. Definitely worth the read despite the yellowed copy I possess.
