An older cookbook so it doesn't include things like nutrition information, but has at least a couple of recipes that became family favorites.
1st ed dw. Wonderful food from our neighbors to the south.
Every kind of meat dish can be found in this book. I've found a couple of pork recipes that are family favorites.
