What ages would I recommend it too? – Three and up.

Length? – About 20 minutes.

Characters? – None.

Setting? – The eye, the brain, and connected tissue

Written approximately? – 2002.

Does the story leave questions in the readers mind? – Would like to know more about adaptations for those whose eyes are not perfect. What is one eyed, or less, vision called?

Any issues the author (or a more recent publisher) should cover? Since this book is aimed at small children - it should include information on avoiding accidents of the eye, and when an eye issue should encourage them to ask an adult for an eye exam. Another way this young child's book could help them, is to explain generationally, when some of the mentioned diseases are likely to occur. And also, how children can help those in their lives affected by such a disease.

Short storyline: A very through covering of how the eye, and connected organs work in easy to read words. A glimpse at a few conditions that people may suffer later in life.

Notes for the reader: No childhood vision issues are mentioned. It is almost as if they want children to view their eyes as perfect until much later in life.

However, I think children might possibly get frustrated with this book because the text can be hard to follow at times. This biography is definitely a good book for someone to read if they are interested in musicians.… (altro)

I read this book to learn more about William James - I thought it would be interesting to see what a young adult level book would teach me. I found this book well-written, I learned a lot in a short period of time.
