Written by the former Director of Public Affairs for Citizens for Public Justice, a non-partisan organization advocting social and economic justice for all Canadians, it has 2 appendices including letters from the then Minister of Finance, Paui Martin, a Liberal who would later become a short-lived Prime Minister of Canada. With original woodcuts by Jennifer Bulthius, end notes and an epilogue, 152 pages.
