Strange little book, put out by NBC to promote the programs of its "Red" Network as of early 1941; the listing of the NBC-Red stations is as of March, 1941. The conceit is that the Mad Hatter, the Dormouse and the March Hare (advertising agency folk) are taking their client Alice through the NBC schedule, to show how advertisers would benefit from being an NBC sponsor. Greatly livened up by Tobey's illustrations, though obviously not a children's book! Of keen interest to old-time radio buffs, since many personalities are very recognizable from the caricatures.… (altro)
