Author, international speaker, and freelance Janet Thompson is the founder of Woman to Woman Mentoring and About His Work Ministries. Janet is passionate about encouraging others to share their life experiences and God's faithfulness in all seasons of life through mentoring. The book is divided into three main sections: Why Lead Like Jesus? Building the Team and Maturing, Equipping, and Commissioning the Team. After giving her story in chapter one, the author then divides the remaining chapters into ten sections. In every chapter the reader will study The Cornerstone, The Blueprint, Customizing, Remodeling, Refurbishing, Tools, Team-Building Projects, Leader to Leader, Finishing Touches and Mentoring Moments. Even though it is written for Women’s Ministries, application can be made to every kind of ministry leadership team.
