David C. Thompson (1) (1949–)

David Thompson grew up in Cambodia, the oldest son of Carl and Ruth Thompson, who were martyred in Vietnam by the Viet Cong. He is a graduate of Geneva College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
