The great citrus book di Allen Susser
Citrus barbecue short ribs, p.135 with Three-citrus barbecue marmalade, p.151, probably pretty good but for burning them; the marmalade is very good on its own. However, the ribs recipes was missing a couple of instructions.
Guide to citrus from around the world, lots of pictures and basic information. Most recipes not vegetarian but that's less than 20% of the book
