Good writing, but a little too neurotic to be relatable. If you have anxiety and are also embracing the utility of dysfunction over working toward healing, you may like this. Lots of false self-narrative that is recognized as bunk even by the author, but retained b/c it serves his end rather than learning a new and healthy modality. That sounds WAY more judgmental than intended -- I have no judgment; I just can't relate. I speed-read because I was not interested enough in wading through the wallows of his experience to push through in any other manner.… (altro)
