I'm not vegan or anything but this book has great bean, grain and veggie recipes. Sometimes I douse the dish in parmesan cheese.

I was cleaning out my kitchen cabinets one day and came across this cookbook. I have no idea where it came from. I don't believe I bought it but haven't a clue who could've given it to me. Anyway, it's a nice, basic vegan cookbook. Good for a new vegan (I was when I found it in my cabinet). There are lots of salad recipes. So, yeah. There are definitely better vegan cookbooks out there but this is a good place to start if you are new to veganism.

One of the least-used cookbooks in my collection; does contain 1 or 2 gems.
