Emmy and Max from the Dragon Tales, are playing hide-and-seek with their dragon friends. Emmy and Max decided to hide in the forest, where they had never been before. It was all fun and games until they were never found and couldn't find their way out of the forest. Emmy steps up as the older sister and remembers what her parents said to do if she ever got lost. This is a short and thrilling book that young readers (pre-k to first grade) would enjoy reading. The book is written in third person and has a lot of dialogue. Students can learn about what to do when you're lost from reading this book. I enjoyed this book because of the colorful illustrations that enhanced the story. The main the I didn't like about this story was how short it was and how fast they jumped to a resolution. Overall, I would recommend the book to Pre-K teachers because of the theme, story length, illustrations and familiar characters from the Dragon Tale show.… (altro)
