Uplifting, poetic, beautiful, charming. A more sensible description of the soul than anything I've heard out of religious thought.

Good for a gift for anyone, including yourself. Makes a great readaloud, as well.

Not as good as Michal Snunit's other work, The Soul Bird, but it's not bad. My biggest problem is the very heteronormative description of "the hug that makes new life." Still, it's more charming and sweet than a lot of other books.
