I don’t know what’s going on with me, but I’ve had several books of late where I just couldn’t get started with the story. Here’s another one. I was tapping my toe, waiting for the action to start and the tension to catch hold of me.

Usually, I give an author time, but of late I’m inpatient. Consequently, this is another book I stopped reading and set aside to try another time.
