The Advanced day Planner User's Guide di Hyrum W. Smith

2024: A 5 star read yet again. It is funny that this is now my 5th or 6th time reading this book and I’m still finding things for the first time. This year what stood out the most was vocabulary. Taking the time to learn new vocabulary and inserting it into your daily conversations. Also, prioritizing and understanding that not everything will get done.

Pain Is Inevitable, Misery Is Optional di Hyrum W. Smith

The Miracle of Forgiveness is a much better book. However, and I'm kind of ashamed to admit this, I read Mr. Smith's book strictly for the gossip factor. I used the Franklin Planner way back when and I was interested in what led to Mr. Smith's fall from grace. The book really didn't disappoint in that regard, but $10 is a lot to pay for People-Magazine-caliber scoop.

The 3 Gaps: Are You Making a Difference? di Hyrum W. Smith

I received this book FREE from a Goodreads Giveaway. And, what a great book it was.

Hyrum W. Smith, the author, is also a former CEO for Franklin Covey and a cofounder of 3Gaps. The 3Gaps being: Values; Beliefs; and the one that hits very close to home for most of us, I think, Time. Smith's idea that closing the gaps will help us all to lead a more fulfilled and less stressful life. The book rang very close to home for me on all three of the values. I love the idea of writing and living a personal Constitution and a family Constitution.

This book is a must read for everyone.… (altro)

I found the franklin day planner on-line ( printable) and I printed it out. I just started to use it and I like it better than the other ones on the market. Still working on the confront zone and still thinking about the I beam between the towers.
