Mae Smethurst

Mae J. Smethurst is professor of classics and East Asian literature at the University of Pittsburgh. She is author of The Artistry of Aeschylus and Zeami, winner of the Hitomi Arisawa Prize, and Dramatic Representations of Filial Piety, winner of the United States-Japan Friendship Commission's mostra altro prize.
