Arthur Simon

Arthur Simon is the founder and president emeritus of Bread for the World, the nation's foremost citizens' lobby on hunger. As a Lutheran pastor on New York's Lower East Side, he brought together Catholics and Protestants to organize a public outcry against hunger.
