Typical self help book with an Eastern twist. There are definite helps here and as he terms them hacks. Much benefit can come from looking inward to stabilize the frantic environments most of us face. Action is also required and those are usually the standard formulas much of what you will find here. If you can get past his frequent use of the word shit and such things, a worthwhile read.

Very excited to get started reading this book! This book promised "meditation and synthesized forms of Qi Gong (Chinese energy yoga) from Taoist, Buddhist, and eastern medical traditions to teach modern audiences simple, profound methods to find balance, energy, and peace in today's world" and delivers all that within its pages. All of these areas are fascinating and learning how to use these methods is important for both personal growth and for developing a more balanced world.
