Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read and review this book.

Duke Undone is an average regency romance. It's not very memorable or special. The relationship that the main guy has at home is odd, and I can't imagine any valet making sausage jokes in front of a woman he has just met. The horses names were too ridiculous for words as well as how they were wearing knitted leg warmers. I know that Nora and her father seem to have a bad relationship or he's supposed to be the reason why her brothers don't want to come home, but also he seemed fairly reasonable given what the family was doing.… (altro)

Fortune, Colorado is a place that I'll have to visit more often. Ms. Seasons gifts readers with standout performances, unique characters and a town that is as mysterious as it is endearing. My favorite character is Apple like her name, she can be tart, sweet and full of surprises, but she never strays far from being true to herself. Jake is the keeper of many secrets and unpleasant memories. His spirit may be troubled but his bad boy rep disguises a man with a lot of love to give. Talking Dirty throws out some serious shade in order for an important point to be made. Jake and Apple refreshing blend of emotions that master naughty, inspiring and funny.… (altro)

If you're looking for a funny, heartwarming series then Fortune Colorado is the one for you. I'm so loving it. The second book in the series, Talking Dirty is even better then the first. I couldn't put it down.

Talking Dirty (love the title) is about Jake Stone, talk about a man with secrets. Even those that are the closest to him don't know them, and Apple Woodman. I love Apple, she is so funny and loves or at least likes, all those around her.

These two have been close to each other for what seems like forever but have never been more then just friends. They are both blind to what's in front of them. Or at least Jake is. As much as he wants to be with Apple he's keeping secrets (right or wrong) about why he can't be with her. When you read the story you'll understand more. I don't want to ruin anything for you.

The only negative I have about the story is that at times I felt that Apple handled things childishly. She reacted very badly when she should have understood that what happened before she came into Jake's life (their romantic relationship, not friendship) wasn't something he did personally to her.

Other then that, the story is wonderful and very funny at times. It's also touching too. Made me tear up more then once. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

4.5 Absolutely Perfect Stars

This book was brilliant. It was a quick contemporary read that really touched every string of my heart. I fell in love with the characters and really really wanted more. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I wanted more with Michelle and Logan in the story. I think it would have made me not want to hurt Lorelei at times.
