Kati Danson’s parents have divorced. Now, her Mom forgot to reserve the summer cabin they had been going to for the last five years. The only house available is the local “haunted house” and when her Mom learns it is for sale, she is determined to refurbish the mansion and turn it into a year-round B & B, which will mean Kati will be changing schools. Could anything more go wrong?

Kati hasn’t told any of her summer friends of the divorce and with living at the “haunted house” she is afraid they won’t want to be around her. But luckily for Kati, her friends, Zack, Storm and Dawn are intrigued by the poltergeist events in the house and start investigating the background of the house and holding a séance to talk to the ghosts.
