Libro-inchiesta veramente interessante, che ci fa meglio comprendere i perversi meccanismi dell'industria dell'alimentazione americana (e non solo...). Speriamo che da noi le leggi e i controlli siano più severi, visto il disastro descritto negli Usa! Ho anche visto il film ispirato a questo libro, altrettanto interessante e che raccomando! E ora...andate in un fast food e BUON APPETITO!
