The blurb pretty much sums up what this is about. I stumbled across it on someone else's blog, and after their rave I thought I'd give it a read out of curiosity.



In terms of the writing, it is straightforward and simple, but at times he becomes repetitive just to flesh out the chapter a little more, personally I would have preferred more editing as I got the gist of each chapter pretty quickly and didn't need so many examples.



Now, onto the actual model they recommend. As someone who works from home I found I could easily implement this daily structure into my life, but I'm not sure how practical it will be for everyone who isn't self-employed or mostly at home.

For me though, the results were almost instant regarding my energy levels. I have had low energy for the past few years, and just by doing certain things at certain times, I feel perhaps the waking up/going to sleep and eating cycles are the most crucial, I've seen my energy increase tenfold. My overeating has also pretty much disappeared and my general mood has become better. I seem to get more done each day as well as ending up with more free time. I will be sticking to this plan and would recommend that you give it a go as you never know, it might work for you as it has worked for me.
