Ilse Sand

This read more to me like an excuse not to cope or to try new things or change habits and behaviors. And some of it sounds like sensory issues.

Ilse Sand has quickly become one of my favourite authors. This book has a lot of great insights, yet it doesn't come across as preachy. Highly recommended!
