Unless this is the required text for a class steer clear of it. It is very poorly written. The author doesn't seem to actually say anything himself. He mostly quotes others and then comments on those quotes. The author introduces quotes very poorly and is really reaching for unique ways to "So and so says, ..." Examples are "So and so opines that..." or "So and so tells us that..." and the worst of all: "So and so is right in saying that..."

If you want to know about intercultural communication you can probably just look up the books in his bibliography and go from there. I'd give it zero stars if I could.… (altro)
