I admit that it took me a bit to get around to reading this one. There are more than enough over plucked roosters thinking they are the gift a woman has been waiting on in the world.

Once I started I was off till the end. Samantha needed an interview with the man she slapped. But to add on top of that the fact you told him no to his offer of a one nighter does not make things look good in your favor for that interview. Now, she has to rethink things because her career lays in the wake of getting or not getting that interview.

Trent was humiliated by the spunky reporter,Samantha. Then she cornered him for an interview. Now just for a little payback and to get what he want. He will play her game but she has to play his first. He wants her and he will get her if she wants the interview.

This turned in to the fight for who had the ultimate power. She wanted that interview but did not want to give he body for it. HE wanted her period. She was able to surprisingly meet what he threw out at her but that was in returned matched by his determination to have her. Will either one win?… (altro)

After reading the blurb I was already cringing for Sarah who had made the decision to lose her virginity to a random stranger on a night out. I felt so sorry for her. I was also ready to dislike Jason who was the lucky guy she'd chosen.
The author wrote these opening scenes very well. She had me laughing, feeling sorry for Sarah only a little bit and totally respecting Jason for his actions. After hearing her little cry of pain he stops straight away and she doesn't even have to ask him once let alone need a safe word or beg him 5 times to get off her. He does freak out a little bit because she is a virgin and didn't tell him, but he does so in a completely adorable and gentlemanly way.
Their interactions after this are laced with humour and sexual tension. Sarah's over protective cousin was another entertaining character and he added an extra layer of humour.I really enjoyed this book. It is a sweet and funny romance, recommended.… (altro)

This is a short, fast paced and entertaining read.
Matt is very much a take charge and take action kind of guy. He is very capable in the jungle and can handle anything that comes his way. That is until he meets Becca who is a walking disaster and needs rescued at every turn. She doesn't appreciate his cave-man/Indiana Jones attitude and the pair constantly bicker and snipe at one another. It doesn't help that they have to share accommodation.
It was fun watching these two argue whilst trying to ignore their attraction to each other. I haven't read many books with a jungle theme but I felt that it worked well in this story.
I'd recommend Wild Games for anyone looking for for a quick romantic read.
