entertaining cozy, with a little less "baking flavour" filler than the first book, more interesting characters, action, and plotting...
a cute romantic cozy. the BFFs create a team against adversity, but it's obvious there is only one main character central to the plot... while she is a rather creative baker, i think more story and less wild flavourings filling paragraphs every chapter would have been nice.
but, it's a first book, so let's see how that changes (or doesn't) in future sequels...

Amber is weaker than Bella, and that's saying something. Story had interesting potential, but then ended unsatisfyingly. character development helped a bit though.
This book was a great piece of entertainment. It was easy to follow the plot even though I haven't read the first book in the series. I've always liked fairytales and this is one of those in every aspect of the word. There's the handsome prince, a toad turned to human and almost every other kind of supernatural being. What could be better. I would have liked it to be a bit longer but I guess I just have to get my hands on the other books in the series because this book was great and it lifted my spirits up after and in between all the studying I'm currently doing.… (altro)
