Pretty good. The closest I’ve come to considering clicker training. Does make one think deeply about positive reinforcement. But most of the examples are anecdotal, and I’ve seen some real life. With many of these types of things the answer to why isn’t this working is always “you didn’t do it exactly right” sigh.

This book is a nice introduction to the general principles of applied behavior analysis. It also serves as a nice bridge between theory and practical applications.

Great theory, but I wanted many more actionable specifics. Maybe look for a followup?

Dated (esp around gender roles and disability) but otherwise really good for the training theory and delightful anecdotes.
