Perata (read 7 Feb 2006) This book, published in 2000, consists of ten interviews with Trappist monks in the Abbey of Our Lady of New Clairvaux in Vina, California. Somewhat to my surprise, I found these interviews consistently interesting and inspiring. The interviewees are ordinary men who have attained great insight into themselves and God.
