One of the things I had difficulty attaining in my life as a secular woman had always been finding happiness. One of the reasons could have been I had been looking in the wrong places or in the wrong way. However, since I began my journey of trying to be a good Christian woman, I've realized that the answer had been far simpler, for the answer is and always was – The Lord. I realize that Scripture leads us and our existence to true happiness found by us knowing the words of the Lord and His promises.

The proof of this. I believe it is found in PSALM 144:15 [NKJV], where we read:

"Happy are the people who are in such a state; Happy are the people whose God is the LORD!"

Another encumbrance I found having to deal with unknowing during my secular days was attaining success, for it had always been eluding me. Now, once again, the answer I needed to possess was found through Scripture. It was also knowing that the Lord wants us to succeed in life. The true success we desire to possess is attainable by increasing and using our faithful trust in the Lord, so we can fulfill His will for our lives by reinforcing it.

The author, Matthew Robert Payne, does through the pages of his book to offer readers the seeds of fruitful ideas designed to grow as time progresses and to move them in the proper direction to achieve the elusive happiness and success they truly desire.
