A very good book. Validates what has been said all along by realized souls. There is a lot of intelligence but the intellect is missing. It is all about introspection and self realization, liberation and attaining Nirvana. Blessed are the ones who have attained that state.

Atmabodha (Atma Bodha) is a short treatise consisting of just 68 verses yet it contains the complete jist of Advaita Vedanta. It is a Prakarana-Granth or introductory book on Vedanta. Atma means ' soul ' or ' Self ' and bodha means realisation. Atmabodha therefore means "Self realisation".

In Atma Bodh Adi Shankaracharya expounds that knowledge of the Self alone destroys bondage and liberates the soul and not any other means. He declares that attachment, desire, pleasure and pain are all in the mind and not part of Atma.… (altro)
