Not quite a travel guide and not quite a photoessay, this little book gathers iconic places, foods, trends and other bits of culture in photographs and short blurbs -- sort of a printed Instagram. Having spent several years in the LA area, it was neat to see snapshots of things that I no longer see on a regular basis. This would be a great book to use for a traveling scavenger hunt!
