2022 movie #143. 1969. A Las Vegas go-go dancer is shot dead by her psycho ex-husband and now he's after her dancer friend, and witness (Welch). She flees to LA with him hot on her trail. Kind of a nasty story but Welch makes it watchable. There's nobody else in the film I knew.

Adam-12: Season 1 by Jack Webb

Episode List:
1. The Impossible Mission: Officer Pete Malloy, on the verge of calling it quits, is given the task of training rookie officer Jim Reed in his first day of the job. As the series premiere, there's a lot here that changes over time, which is a nice sign, as we get to see the characters develop and grow. Malloy comes off as cold and callous, and we learn why; likewise, Reed is green and a little clumsy, which makes sense due to his youth. A solid start to a great series. (5.0)
2. The Color TV Bandit: Malloy and Reed are hot on the pursuit of a thief who has a knack for stealing TVs, and they think they've found their man. The start of a more "regular" approach to the series; Reed still has his moments of shame, but he's quickly learning to keep up with not only Malloy, but also their opposition. (4.0)
3. It's Just a Little Dent, Isn't It?: Reed accidentally scratches the patrol car while filling it up with gas, and spends the rest of the shift worrying over the consequences. Meanwhile, a witness to an assault is being threatened by the culprit's father. A great episode; the overarching plot (Reed's fear of the consequences for the accident) adds a nice bit of humor to the episode, while the subplot adds the usual police drama and intrigue. (5.0)
