The Customer-Funded Business: Start, Finance, or… di John Mullins
5 Different models (with case studies) that companies have used to get started using customer's money. Also gives a good discussion of the context in which each works and doesn't work.
Marketed as a "Pre-Business Plan" feasibility study - this book looks to me like it covers the core of a proper business plan using a custom 7 part model. So far I am just getting started but the key points have all been good and very applicable. I do think the content could be more terse - however that is true of most books :-)
