The Royal Rabbits of London di Santa Montefiore

This was a super quick read and it was motltly for a reading challenge!!! I thought it was cute and think it would make a great quick beadtime read for kids and i liked the quest/adventure elemen, it as cute and a great read for younger readers,starting with chapter books.

De Franse tuinman

Het verhaal leest lekker. Ik heb een lichte voorkeur voor de delen die zich in het verleden afspelen en voor de stukjes die zich afspelen in het dorp. De personages zijn wel best cliché, maar omdat het verhaal interessant blijft, zal me dat een worst wezen. Ik merkte tijdens het lezen dat ik echt een aversie heb tegen overspel en dat dat me af en toe uit het verhaal haalde. Toch heb ik over het geheel genomen me prima vermaakt met dit boek. De tuin wordt zo prachtig beschreven dat het gewoon als een personage voelt. Het lijkt me dan ook dat je een geweldige vakantie zou hebben als je zou kunnen verblijven in de cottage in die prachtige tuin. Al met al een boek om bij weg te dromen.… (altro)
