Phoenix and Evangeline shared some steamy chemistry. Although, it was not like that in the beginning; despite the fact that Evangeline may have had a crush on Phoenix years ago. Can't blame a gal for not having the warm, fuzzy feelings when a guy takes you to his house and you are forced to marry him.

The utter disgust that Evangeline felt for Phoenix in the beginning was both funny and a good build up to the sexual tension these two shared. Which those scenes are HOT.

While this is about Phoenix and Evangeline, I do want to give a shout out to Holden, Phoenix's friend. He brought the humor. He had me laughing. This was a fast, steamy read.… (altro)

I enjoy a quick read especially when I don’t have the time to jump I to a huge book so this book was perfect and one I’ll reread when I need a quick getaway. Ember and Logan’s story was a fun and cute read. The story had me laughing and not expecting the twist that came about. I really enjoyed Ember because she was a free spirit, liked to do things her way, and very caring. Logan was so sweet, lovable, and hot. Ember was hired as Logan’s assistant and they are attracted to each other but not sure if they should act on those feelings. Again a quick but cute and fun read. Really enjoyed and can’t wait for Aiden’s story.… (altro)

This book was super cute, and it was about lifelong friends trying to navigate a new territory and explore the possibilities of a more intimate relationship. Julia and her brother Ollie experienced a devastating lose, their parents died and they both handled it differently. Julia, she became a shell of herself stepped away from being close to her brother and his best friend Carter. She started distancing herself until a breakup sends her packing to her brother’s house where she finds Carter staying there too. Carter is a sweet, loyal, and loving friend but he doesn’t do relationships because he saw how his parents crashed and burned in multiple marriages. These two have known each other all their lives so they know each other very well and Carter helps Jules rediscover her old self while they discover an attraction that’s been brewing between each other for years. I loved the push and pull that came with watching these two slowly fall in love while watching them battle against it for their own reasons.… (altro)

I was so excited that we got Logan's twin brother Aiden's story. Aiden is a sweet, hard working, loving, loyal man and one night with Stella had him realizing that she was it for him but he doesn't expect her to show up on his doorstep with some news. Stella is a sweet woman that had one night of fun with Aiden never expecting anything to come of it but she gets a surprise and has to tell Aiden. These two had amazing chemistry and worked so well together. This was another quick read but that doesn't take away from the story and romance because I thoroughly enjoyed it.… (altro)
