The recipes don't call for terribly hard-to-get items, and they look lush. Looking forward to getting my own copy and trying them out.
My only quibble is the recipes don't often mention if they can be frozen. I still wish for a recipe book that allows for smaller quantities and/or if the batter can be frozen for a period before cooking.
