The ending was a bit abrupt but otherwise a good read

This book starts out very slow but grows on you. At the end of the story, I found myself interested in what other mysteries the Rochester's might solve.

Jane Eyre has been married to the injured Mr Rochester for six weeks. As Thornfield Hall has been destroyed by fire they are living at Ferndean Manor when they get an invitiation, which includes Jane's cousin Diana Rivers, to visit Ingram Park. Home of Lord Ingram and his sister Blanche.
But soon Jane discovers an injured man, what secrets is he hiding. What of the other guests.
An enjoyable well-written sequel to Jane Eyre. Jane and Edward are such a lovely couple.

Mrs Jane Rochester receives a note from Mrs Rosamond Granby, nee Oliver, wishing to talk to her when they come to the Oliver's home for the party. Mrs Granby wishes Jane to solve a theft.
