Breve biografia: Lt. Col. Tom C. McKenney is a retired infantry officer and parachutist in the United States Marine Corps, having served in Korea and Vietnam. An advocate for American prisoners of war, McKenney has appeared on CBS radio, the 700 Club, Fox News, the Today Show, and CBS Morning News to discuss veterans' issues and his experiences overseas. McKenney's own war stories are featured in the book Spite House: The Last Secret of the War in Vietnam, by former 60 Minutes producer Monika Jensen-Stevenson, and the rights to his life story have been purchased by Columbia Pictures.

An experienced author, McKenney has contributed articles to Guideposts, American Legion Magazine, Military magazine, The Journal of Naval History, and Leatherneck magazine. He has published several books on a variety of topics including Christian living and investigating the Clinton administration. His new book, Jack Hinson's One-Man War, marks the culmination of fifteen years of research into a piece of American history that has been lost for more than a century.

Lieutenant Colonel McKenney earned a joint BS/AB degree from the University of Kentucky and went on to earn a MA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served as an instructor in biological sciences at Paducah Community College and the University of South Carolina. He lives on a farm near Marion, Kentucky with his wife, Marty.

The Deadly Deception: Freemasonry Exposed by One of… di Jim Shaw

Wouldn't let me give it less than one star [EDIT - I was able to change it to 1/2 stars]. There are no records of this guy being Worshipful Master or 33° in the Scottish Rite. He is either lying or delusional. There is nothing within Freemasonry that is incompatible with being Christian, except maybe that it allows members of other religions.

JACK HINSON'S ONE-MAN WAR di Tom C. McKenney

Interesting story. Would make a good article. Not a book. Authors southern sympathies are repeated ad naseum. Christian bible pap and "we just loved our slaves like family." The stupidity of war shines through. Terrible writings

Jack Hinson's One-Man War, A Civil War Sniper di Tom McKenney

This great nonfiction book was about a man wanting to be left alone down in the beutifal land between Tennessee and Kentucky during the War of Northern Regression. The war comes to his land and he tries to be nuetral as he helps out both sides. When the Union decide to mess with his family by parading his sons around town decapitated, he feels like revenge is the only option. He makes a gun and takes out as many Union as he can until the war leaves. Afterwards, he goes back to being a family man farmer that still want to be left alone.… (altro)

This is a very good book. If you are Civil War buff you should read this book.
