Reads like my neighbor wrote it and title is verkacht. Much interesting information.
Somewhat of a tome, approx. 600 pages long, but extremely well written and easy to follow. Definitive explanation from the engineer at the center of the design that failed, and then redesigned the improved version. Interesting commentary on the politics of the incident as well.
A very detailed read of what occurred before and after the Challenger accident. Not too technical either, so I didn't get stumped.
