John Francis McCarthy

This is a beautiful photography book centering around the area of New York State Finger Lakes. In the opening of the book geological references are made as well as some historical episodes and Native American attachments to the land. The author has set special icons (earth, water, wind, bounty , man) to identify the essence of each magnificent photo. The photographs are mesmerizing and majestically depict the land in range of seasons that I have great personal attachment.
