A very enjoyable movie. It is set on a rural farm/town in the early 1960s. The title makes you think the movie may be about a circus, it is not. It is about a boy who gets left to live with two eccentric older uncles by his wayward mother. They do not initially want him or know anything about raising kids. It is a delightful tale of how they become attached to their nephew. They are colorful and strong minded characters. Over time, they share the almost fanciful and colorful stories of their lives and adventures. A very good family film.… (altro)
This is a straight rendering of the movie, no embellishments, but I love the story. The characters are one-of-a-kind, I wish I could meet them and be worthy of their friendship. I would really love to have the comics from the end.
